Refine Your Design and Create Your Final PSA

chalkboard drawing of three trees and earth
Planting more trees can benefit the Earth.

What kind of feedback did you get on your design? Did students like the graphics and text? Did they understand the message? Did you provide enough information in your PSA? Write down your feedback and develop some ideas for revisions on page 16 in your Engineering Portfolio. Now go back to your prototype and make any changes you need to appeal to your audience and get your message across.

When you have finalized your PSA, share it with a wider audience. Hang posters in your school hallway, submit your PSA to your town's newspaper, or post it to an online forum like Padlet.com opens in new window.

Teacher Note

Work with groups as they figure out how to refine their design to respond to their classmates' feedback. Encourage them to find creative ways to get their PSA into the public eye. You may also wish to explore Padlet.com opens in new window for sharing PSAs. Padlet is a platform where people can post and share multimedia content on a virtual wall.
